These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Human Healing Hub website, online community, memberships, workshops, courses, practitioner marketplace, and related services.
 

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Human Healing Hub.
 

1. About Human Healing Hub

Human Healing Hub is an online wellbeing community designed to connect individuals seeking personal growth and wellbeing support with educational resources, workshops, courses, and certified wellbeing practitioners.
 

Human Healing Hub provides:

• A community platform for connection and learning

• Educational resources and practices

• Workshops and events

• Access to practitioners and their offerings

• Marketplace opportunities for practitioner-led courses and programs
   

Human Healing Hub is not a healthcare provider, medical service, or emergency service.

3. Eligibility and Account Creation
 

To use Human Healing Hub, you must:

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
 

4. Membership

5. Membership Fees and Payments

Membership fees are displayed at the time of purchase.
 

Unless otherwise stated:

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.

• Payments are processed through our payment providers.

• Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, may be added to the displayed price.
   

By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel your subscription.
 

6. Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through the cancellation process available through your account or payment provider.
 

Cancellation will:
 

• Prevent future subscription payments

• Allow access to the membership until the end of the paid billing period
   

Unless required by applicable law, previous membership payments are not refundable.
 

7. Workshops, Courses and Digital Content

Access conditions, duration, and included features may vary depending on the offering.

Digital content is provided for personal use only.
 

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

• Share access credentials

• Use content for commercial purposes without permission
   

8. Practitioner Marketplace and Directory
 

Human Healing Hub provides a platform that allows members to discover and interact with independent practitioners.
 

Practitioners listed on Human Healing Hub:

• Operate independently

• Are responsible for their own services, content, qualifications, and professional obligations

• Are not employees, representatives, or agents of Human Healing Hub
   

Human Healing Hub does not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes from practitioner services

• The effectiveness of any particular approach

• Availability of any specific practitioner
   

Members are responsible for choosing practitioners and services that are appropriate for their individual needs.
 

9. Practitioner Services and Payments
 

Where members purchase practitioner-led services through Human Healing Hub:

• The practitioner remains responsible for delivering their service.

• Terms specific to practitioner services may apply.

• Payments may be processed through Human Healing Hub or its payment providers.
   

Practitioner participation is governed separately by the Practitioner Agreement.
 

10. Community Participation
 

Members agree to participate respectfully and follow the Human Healing Hub Community Guidelines.

You must not:
 

• Harass or harm other members

• Share illegal or harmful content

• Provide medical diagnoses or unsafe advice

• Make misleading claims

• Spam or promote unrelated services
   

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
 

11. Intellectual Property
 

All Human Healing Hub materials, including:

• branding

• website content

• platform design

• educational materials created by HHH

• course structures and resources

remain the intellectual property of Human Healing Hub unless otherwise stated.

Practitioners retain ownership of their own original content uploaded to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant Human Healing Hub a limited licence to display and promote that content for operating and marketing the platform.
 

12. User Content
 

You remain responsible for any content you share.
 

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.

• It does not infringe third-party rights.

• It complies with applicable laws.
   

Human Healing Hub may remove content that violates these Terms.
 

13. Account Suspension and Termination
 

We may suspend or terminate access where:

• These Terms are violated

• Community safety is compromised

• Fraudulent activity occurs

• Harmful or misleading information is shared

• There is misuse of the platform
   

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues.

 

14. Disclaimer Regarding Wellbeing Services
 

 

Human Healing Hub provides educational and wellbeing resources.

The platform does not provide:
 

• Medical advice

• Emergency support

• Diagnosis

• Treatment of medical or psychological conditions
   

Practitioner services are offered independently by practitioners.
 

Participation in wellbeing activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own responsibility.
 

15. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Human Healing Hub is not responsible for:

• Outcomes resulting from participation in wellbeing activities

• Interactions between members and practitioners

• Practitioner services provided independently

• Loss caused by misuse of the platform
   

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
 

16. Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to our services

• Operational updates

• Legal requirements
   

Material changes will be communicated where required.
 

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

Any disputes shall be handled according to applicable Bulgarian and European Union law.
